Baji Sport's Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Baji Sport (bajisport.ws) and its users. In this document, "Baji Sport", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating bajisport.ws. "User" and "you" refer to any individual registered on the platform.

"Platform" refers to both the bajisport.ws website and the Baji Sport mobile application. "Bet" refers to any type of wager or stake placed.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users in Bangladesh. Baji Sport reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and users will be notified of any changes.

To open an account with Baji Sport, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must register using your own name with accurate and complete information.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Baji Sport may request identity documents at any time to verify the information provided during registration.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Baji Sport will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Baji Sport:

• A bet is only accepted once it has been fully confirmed. Any incomplete bet due to a technical issue will be considered void.
• Odds fluctuations during live betting are normal. The odds at the time you place your bet are final — they will not change regardless of any subsequent movement.
• Bets cancelled before the match starts will be fully refunded. Once the match has begun, cancellations are not possible.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.

Baji Sport reserves the right to modify any betting limits. Accounts may be investigated if unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following payment methods are available for deposits at Baji Sport: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Specific limits and instructions for each method are listed below:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. In case of any delay, your account will be updated within 30 minutes.
• Deposits from another person's mobile banking number are strictly prohibited. The mobile number used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• No additional fees are charged on deposits.

The following rules apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,00,000.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 4 hours. All withdrawals are completed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.

Baji Sport reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for investigation if a transaction appears suspicious. Funds will be released once the investigation is complete and everything checks out.

Baji Sport offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. General bonus terms and conditions are outlined below:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• To qualify for a bonus, you are generally required to meet a minimum deposit threshold.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 15x to 30x.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date they are credited.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on eligible games or betting markets.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting bonus requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all funds forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji Sport:

• Using a false or third-party identity on your account.
• Exploiting bonuses or offers by creating multiple accounts.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated systems.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or handling funds from illegal sources.

Baji Sport reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If suspicious betting activity is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If you wish to close your account yourself.

Users can close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any available balance before requesting account closure.

Baji Sport shall not be held liable for the following:

• Loss of a bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Payment delays caused by third-party service providers (mobile banking).
• Financial losses incurred through betting.

Baji Sport makes every effort to keep the platform running without interruption. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance purposes, and users will be notified in advance.

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction will be resolved through the following process:

• Start by reaching out to our support team via live chat or email at support@bajisport.ws.
• Complaint submission deadline: all complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of the incident.
• Baji Sport will review your complaint and provide a decision within 5 business days.
• If you are unsatisfied with a decision, you may appeal to senior management.

Decisions made by Baji Sport are final and binding. That said, we are committed to always working toward a fair resolution in the interest of our users.

Baji Sport reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email or phone.
• Users will be notified via temporary banners or pop-ups on the platform.
• Updated terms take effect from the date the changes are made.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw any available balance.
